Withdrawing Funds

Accessing the Withdrawals Dashboard

To view and manage your withdrawals:

1. Go to your Dashboard
2. Click Withdrawals in the sidebar
3. View your balance, withdrawal history, and available payout methods

Adding a payout method

Before withdrawing, you need to add at least one payout method. BloomFund supports:

• Bank Transfer — Withdraw directly to your Ghanaian bank account
• Mobile Money (MoMo) — Withdraw to MTN, Vodafone, or AirtelTigo wallets

To add a method, click Add Payout Method and enter your details. You'll verify ownership via an OTP sent to your phone.

Making a withdrawal

1. Click Withdraw
2. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw
3. Select your payout method
4. Confirm your withdrawal via OTP
5. Wait for processing (usually within 24 hours)

Withdrawal fees and limits

Withdrawal history

View all your past withdrawals in the History tab. Each entry shows the amount, fee, payout method, status, and date.
