What's covered
The Giving Guarantee covers:
- Misrepresented campaigns — When a campaign description is false or misleading
- Misuse of funds — When funds aren't used for the stated purpose
- Fraud — When a campaign is created with intent to deceive
How to file a claim
If you believe a campaign violates our policies:
- Email support@bloomgh.com with details
- Include the campaign name and your donation info
- Describe why you believe funds were misused
- Our team will investigate within 5 business days
- If verified, you may receive a refund
For campaign organizers
To maintain trust and avoid issues:
- Be honest and accurate in your campaign description
- Use funds only for the stated purpose
- Provide updates to your donors
- Respond to donor questions promptly
- Keep records of how funds are used
