Making a Donation

Learn how to contribute to campaigns on BloomFund and support causes you care about.

How to donate

Follow these steps to make a contribution:

  1. Find a campaign you want to support
  2. Click the Donate button
  3. Enter your donation amount
  4. Fill in your details (name, email, phone)
  5. Add an optional message of support
  6. Choose to donate anonymously if you prefer
  7. Select your payment method and complete payment

Payment methods

BloomFund accepts the following payment methods via Paystack:

  • Credit/Debit Card — Visa, Mastercard
  • Mobile Money — MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo
  • Bank Transfer — Direct bank payment

Processing fees

Payment Processing Fee2% (paid by donor)
Payment ProviderPaystack

Note: The 2% processing fee is added to your donation amount, so the organization receives 100% of what you intended to give.

After donating

Once your donation is complete:

  • You'll receive a confirmation email
  • Your contribution appears on the campaign page
  • The campaign organizer is notified
  • Funds are available for the organizer to withdraw
